<p>Olá, vamos fazer uma entradinha bem saudável e saborosa hoje! Demorada mais simples Caponata de berinjela!</p>
<p>Ingredientes:</p>
<p>&#8211; 2 beringelas cortadas em cubos<br />
&#8211; 2 cebolas<br />
&#8211; 1 pimentão vermelho<br />
&#8211; 1 pimentão amarelo<br />
&#8211; 2 tomates<br />
&#8211; 5 dentes de alho<br />
&#8211; 50 gr de azeitonas sem caroço<br />
&#8211; 50 gr de passas brancas<br />
&#8211; Pimenta do reino a gosto<br />
&#8211; Orégano<br />
&#8211; 150 ml de azeite  de oliva<br />
&#8211; Sal</p>

<p>Modo de fazer:<br />
Pique e misture todos os ingredientes e coloque em um recipiente. Depois coloque em uma forma para ir ao forno e cubra com papel alumínio e leve ao forno a 180 graus por 1:30, mexendo a cada meia hora. Se necessário, acrescentar mais azeite de oliva.<br />
Depois de frio coloque em um recipiente de vidro e leve a geladeira.</p>
